All online returns must be mailed back within 7 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns. Store credits will be issued within 2 business days of receiving/inspecting returns. All tags must be attached and garments must be in unworn, smell freed and pet hair free condition. We will not accept any returns that have an odor, stain or have signs of wear or wash. Original order forms must be included in the package in order to receive credit. Returns are up to managements discretion and if rejected the customer is responsible for shipping fees and if the shipping invoice is not paid within 5 business days the return will be donated to women in need. We do not issue money back or exchanges on any returns.

Linnys doesn't offer refunds on returned merchandise. Once an item is returned and approved, Linnys will issue you a store credit to the email address or mobile number in your customer profile. This store credit can be used on any order an does not have to be used at once.
ex: If your order is $50 and your store credit is $100 you will have a remaining balance of $50 left on that store credit number.
Store credits are encrypted so only the customer is able to view the number. If you delete of loose the email/text with that number we will not be able to access the store credit. Store credits are like cash so we recommend taking a screen shot of the email with your store credit number or printing it and keeping it somewhere safe.
